Refund and Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Custom Software and App Development

Due to the custom nature of our software and mobile app development services, refunds are generally evaluated on a milestone basis. Once a milestone is approved and delivered, payments allocated to that milestone are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, you will only be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. Subscription Services (CRM, Invoice Tools)

For our SaaS products (CRM apps, invoicing tools), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

3. Conditions for Returns/Refunds

In order for a service or subscription to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The request is made within the specified money-back guarantee period (if applicable).
  • You have provided written notice of cancellation to our support team.
  • There are no outstanding breaches of our Terms and Conditions.

4. Processing Your Refund

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
