Menu Studio offers digital products and services related to menu creation and management. Due to the nature of digital products, we have specific refund policies in place to protect both our customers and our business.

Digital Subscriptions, subscription-based services:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase

  • After 14 days, refunds are provided on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of your subscription

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must not have utilized our services extensively (created more than 3 menus or exported more than 2 menus)

One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases such as premium templates or custom designs:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

  • No refunds are provided if the digital product has been downloaded, customized, or used in any way

  • If the product is defective or doesn't match the description, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development services after work has commenced

  • Services that have been fully rendered or utilized

  • Subscription fees after the initial 14-day period if services have been substantially used
